The organisers of the 3rd ECVSMR Scientific Meeting invite the submission of abstracts for consideration for oral or poster presentations.
All Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the ECVSMR 2022 Scientific Committee. Oral presentations can be submitted for the Resident Forum or for the General Session
(Free Communications). Authors will have to indicate on the top of the abstract if the submission is for the Resident Forum SA/EQ, for the General Session SA/EQ or for a poster. The Scientific
Committee will select oral and poster presentations among the submitted abstracts and notify the authors.
Oral presentations in the General Session will be 15 minutes in length, including 3 minutes for questions. Posters will be available for viewing throughout the
duration of the meeting, and it is expected that author(s) will be present to answer specific questions during announced poster session time. At least one author must be registered for the
conference and available to present at their assigned time.

Deadline for Abstract submission: June 15th 2022.
Content and Format
Abstract submissions are limited to 250 words, excluding title, authors, and institution information and should be
submitted as a one-page, single-spaced Word document, in Times New Roman 11 point font, and justified text. The title should be at the top of the abstract in bold font followed by a complete list
of authors including relevant degrees, department, and medical institution. Please identify the presenting author(s) with an asterisk (*). Bibliography, tables and figures should not be included
in the Abstract.
Full declarations of ethical approval, sources of funding and any conflict of interest must also be mentioned at the end of the abstract, following reported
indications in the provided template for the abstract submission.
Submitted abstracts must not have been published prior to the congress.
